If you need to remove the pet that you have listed on the Missing pets Register, then you will need to login to your members centre and on the lefthand menu, click the 'Your Missing Pets' link, you will see a list of pets that you have listed on the missing pets register, click the 'Remove' button to remove the pet from the register, you will be asked to confirm removal in the next step.

If you do not know your login details, click the link below and enter your email address that you used to register, your login details will then be emailed to you.
