Steve,
I managed to get round the problem, the picture was too high in resolution, it was just bombing out. I reduced it and its now ok.

I'm having this problem too. I've resized my photo to 24MB and it's a JPEG. What can I do? I'' attach it here as well.

I’ve got a photo of a found cat, it’s 350x300 pixels, 72dpi and a jpeg and I can’t upload it. I keep being told it must be a jpeg file. IT IS A JPEG FILE. If I knew trying to reunite a cat with its owner was going to be this difficult I wouldn’t have bothered.

Please can you upload this photo and sort your software out.

I tried again this morning and although I was informed the facility wasn’t available and to try later my photo has appeared. I did send a copy to you via email, I can’t believe you put it up within seconds – or are you superman? Big Grin

Hi Sue,
You probably added the photo just at the time of a back-up so when it finished the photo would have been added this morning,

Glad the photo is on the listing,

Cheers
Steve
