how small in size does the file have to be. I have cropped my picture and it still won't load, even though it is a jpeg.

I cannot add a photo either - despite the photo being a .jpeg image and under the maximum sie limit. Have not added a found notice as I can't describe the cat sufficiently (that's why I took aphoto)
