It was on the Huntingdon road, Cambridge just before you joined the A14 towards Huntingdon. I thought it was a car bumper but as I got closer I seen it was a dog, it was'nt moving. There was no where to stop as it was two lanes of traffic and no hard shoulder. My driving instructer phoned the police, and when I returned home I telephoned the RSPCA and WoodGreen animal shelters. WoodGreen said they would contact the local council. The RSPCA said they had no dogs matching this one had been reported as missing. It must have an owner out there somewhere.
