The return of the wanderer
This is so strange.
My sister moved house and the same day she was given a cat that was in need of a home. The house was chaotic. Two days later the cat got out and ran away. he had no collar on.
They searched and searched for day with no joy and because the cat had not been in the new house very long and didn't really know his new family we thought, theres no way he's coming back. Anyway i posted him missing here on this website just in case.

9 days later i receive an email from a man who says that he has seen a similar looking cat wandering around his industrial estate at night, i think he must have been a security gaurd. The industrial estate is 3.5 miles away. My sister goes down there armed with a box of food and spends some time calling his name and shaking the box in the hope of finding him. Nothing, not a sign.

She comes home, then at about 10pm that same night she looks outside her window and there he is, looking up at her.

I think that is so weird. Did he hear them calling and remembered where the house was. Or can cats tap into our thoughts?

Anyway he;s safe at home now and being pampered i'm sure. Microchipping, collars and tags are on the urgent shopping listBig Grin.
