Flinders is black with very thick fur and a distinctive short tail (because two-thirds of it was amputated following an accident). He was being fed by a neighbour while we were at our son's wedding and failed to return home. He may have wandered too far across the fells and could turn up eventually in any of the villages in the area or, being friendly, have climbed into a vehicle.

Long haired black cat with a bit of white at his throat and a distinctive white tip at the end of his tail.
He likes to wander around the area but always comes home at night as he likes his home comforts and own single bed.

With the warm weather I wonder if he has entered someones shed and been locked in.

Tiddles is an 11 month old neutered cat. He is all black, quite small but long in body and was wearing a black shiny collar with yellow patterning and a bell. He is chipped (identichip).
Our garden backs on to acres of private land and then on to places like Bearpark/crossgate/Witton Gilbert etc. Our kind neighbour who owns the land allowed us to wander around for a couple of hours searching for him...to no avail. We have searched the roads/neighbourhood, but nothing. We will put some posters up next and hope that he may have just wandered in to a locked shed/garage etc. This is very unexpected as he had a daily routine of going out in the fields several times a day but always retuning an hour later. He is very affectionate and very bonded with us, which makes his disappearance more of a mystery.

We were on our way to the vet with him for his regular injection when he escaped from his carrier in the Quaker Lane area of Darlington at around 4.40 in the afternoon of 28th of November 2008. Given the cold and his health problems, we are very worried about Pushkin and would like to see him as soon as possible. He doesnt have a collar but is microchipped.
