Over christmas Tom was in the care of someone else, he ran away and darted at the door, and I was told he ran into a carpark area in a gated place, they said he ran far out to the park areas and could've been hit as its a busy road, which I hope isn't the case. This was dated on 24th December around 8:30-9:00 in the Newtown, Lozells area. b19 2tx. But I wasn't told until 26th.

Tom is a Male Bichon, he is fully white, with a brown mouth area due to staining, he has wavy hair, recently went to groomers so his body is quite short. He has black eyes and nose, and is a small dog with short legs. He has a cow print tummy on his skin area. Black Collar.
