Jaspar is black and white, long haired and neutered. He went out on 10th March 08 (when it was v windy) and didn't return in the evening as usual. He is 13 years old, microchipped and not friendly with strangers. He is on prescription food for a kidney problem. He may not have been wearing a collar. He often goes into neighbours houses to pinch their cats food.
