MISSING CAT

Oscar is a tabby and white, 18 month old moggie. He was last seen on the morning of the 26th June. He is very skinny and has some thinning fur on his inside back legs. He also had a shaved area on his back, near the tail due to an abscess. He has a bright pink nose and pink paws, he has a brown mole on the pad of one of his front paws.
