Other Information: Parrot in tree approx 2.5m off ground opposite junction of Eastern Way in Heath and Reach / Leighton Buzzard and A5 road. We spotted the bird at approx 10.15AM and again at 12.30PM. The parrot hadn't moved and was facing away from the road with it's rear and tail fully visible.
