Found Cat Domestic Short Hair from Exeter Devon
This found Domestic Short Hair Cat was found around Exeter Devon
I found a cat on 01/05/17. I have informed the RSPCA who are paying for her vets bills. She is a small black cat. She is very affectionate, vocal and knows how to use a litter tray so I think she is a pet. The vet thinks she is a young adult. When I found her she was covered with flea bites, very underweight, with very thin fur and the vet thinks that she has dermatitis (which she is now being treated for). The vet also thinks that she must have been lost for quite some time as she is in such bad condition.
All black with very small patch of white where her neck meets her chest.
