I first saw this peacock about 10 days ago in the street outside a neighbour's house in Blairgowrie. I have since seen it several times in my garden and in neighbouring gardens. Some feathers have been lost on the front of the neck, as shown in the photograph, as if the peacock has been attacked at some point. It doesn't seem as if there's anything wrong with its wings, however, as it's been able to get up and down off house rooftops.

This bird has the usual beautiful peacock markings, but some feathers are missing at the front of the neck.
