Found Cat Tabby from Derby Derbyshire

This found Tabby Cat was found around Derby Derbyshire

I heard crying and weeping I checked outside my window (I'm in a 1st floor apartment) she was in the corner of my neighbours garden who lives below me, she was ruffled up and is so skinny on the back end of her body which is clearly starvation this was around a week ago, she keeps coming to the fence crying which is around 5 feet from my window so I'm currently feeding her, she is very scared and jumpy she sleeps on a chair outside, I have an indoor cat and they do not get on and fight so I can't bring her in, but I'm trying my best to take care of her while she's outside. Please someone if you have lost this beautiful cat please get in touch she needs a caring loving home ASAP

She is fully tabby
