it was seen early morning by students where i work at saint aidans high school, it interacted a little with them and let them get quite close but too many people came and he flew away. (not sure of sex tbh) a student later in the afternoon managed to catch him and i have him at home with me in cleveleys. he appears unharmed and is very tame. he does not have any rings round his legs. As a bird owner myself, i am guessing hand reaered and still quite young.
