This found Parrot, Parakeet Bird was found around Newton-le-Willows Merseyside WA12

Bird spotted between Newton le willows and Winnick, unable to catch it but was enjoying berries on the side of the road so hopefully staying local.

Had a ring on its leg. Mostly green/yellow. Not necessarily a parakeet this is a best guess.
