This found Pigeon Bird was found around London (Pimlico) Greater London

Not in my sights right now but will endeavour to catch it if it is indeed a lost pet. Seems a bit confused - doesn't strike me as a wild bird. Keeps perching on various window-ledges at the back of our terraced house overlooking the garden - one of the few in our block which has abundant greenery/is attractive to birds. Am a little worried because our next-door neighbours have a cat. If my mother (the homeowner) allowed it I would have tried to lure the dove indoors. Instead I have been admiring it and worrying about it through the window.

Ruffled feathers on neck and feathers on legs.
