Lost Cat British Short Hair from Herstmonceux East Sussex BN27
This lost British Short Hair Cat was last seen around Herstmonceux East Sussex BN27
Barnaby is a small white and black cat with a black dot on his nose. He is 4 years old, chipped and neutered. We have had him and his brother since they were kittens and have always lived in the same house. He has been missing from his home in Chilsham Lane, Herstmonceux since the evening of 22 May 2026 when he failed to come in at night. He has never stayed out before. Our cat flap is on curfew mode so once in the cats can't get out until morning. It was the start of the last heatwave so we wondered if he'd gone off hunting and got lost. There has been no sign of a body so we are fairly certain he is alive somewhere. As yet there have been no positive sightings but he is very good at hiding and when frightened, goes into survival mode.
Barnaby is 4 years old, chipped and neutered. He is nervous of people so unlikely to be in a built up area or anywhere noisy and he's likely to run if approached. He is a good hunter and tree climber. He has a small black dot on his nose. His voice is a small croak.
