Lost Cat Domestic Short Hair from Margate Kent CT9

This lost Domestic Short Hair Cat was last seen around Margate Kent CT9

Our much-loved cat Gizmo has been missing from Westwood Point Estate, near Westwood Cross, Margate, Kent (CT9 4HT), since approximately 6am on Friday 16 October 2026.

Gizmo is a black-and-white male cat, approximately 1 year and 10 months old. He has distinctive white facial markings, a white chest, white paws and yellow-green eyes. He is neutered, microchipped and was wearing a collar when he disappeared.

Gizmo normally stays close to home and has never stayed away overnight before. Despite extensive searches of the surrounding estate, fields and building sites, we have had no confirmed sightings.

We are particularly keen to hear from anyone who has seen a similar cat or found one in their garden, shed, garage or outbuilding.

There is also a possibility he could have accidentally travelled in a work vehicle, so sightings from elsewhere in Kent are welcome.

Please do not chase him. If you think you’ve seen Gizmo, please take a photograph if possible and contact us with the exact location and time.

His family and his brother Oreo miss him terribly. We just want him home safely.

Gizmo is a young black-and-white (tuxedo) male cat with distinctive white markings around his nose and mouth, a fluffy white chest, white paws and yellow-green eyes. He was wearing a blue collar when last seen. Neutered and microchipped.
