Georgie flew out of an open door whilst I was in hospital recovering from a Heart Attack 23rd February 2016. His home is in Barlow/Holmesfield area of Dronfield near Sheffield. He is mostly Grey with some white on his wings, a yellow head and plume, and rosy red cheeks. Each time Georgies name is called in a womans high pitch tone, he responds with a shriek.
He whistles often and usually a favourite tune repeatedly, sometimes sounding as though hes got it wrong. He can make other bird calls, eg Crow, Blackbird and others. He doesnt sit on a finger, but likes to sit on our head, and crossed knees. He is unafraid of our Dog and Cat.
