Lost Ferret Unknown - Other from Bedhampton Havant Hampshire PO9

This lost Unknown - Other Ferret was last seen around Bedhampton Havant Hampshire PO9

My ferret Casper has been missing since Thursday afternoon (5th May)
From Redbridge Grove in Bedhampton, but our back garden leads on to Hazleholt Drive where he was originally found! A woman called Kelly Thomas took him off the lady who found him until his owner (ME) was found, after contacting her she refused to return him! Then blocked myself and Shane Bond so we could not contact her further to get her address and bring him home.
Police were then informed and he was listed as stolen, all but 3 hours later he was sighted in WestLeigh, so we assume she may have dumped him there after catching wind that police were involved!
We searched for him but no luck.
He is a silver mitt ferret, with white paws, a black patch on his rear right foot. Silve

Orange with brown stripe down his back and brown tail. White paws, brown/black markings on rear right leg.
