This lost Domestic Short Hair Cat was last seen around Newport Gwent NP19

Bart is a loving and friendly cat. He was let out around 5.30 in the morning of 17.02.2017 and did not return home. Bart usually returns home around 8.00am after his early morning outing, when we are all about to go to work. Bart never differs from his routine and he's been missing since then.
We desperately want to find him and we are hoping that someone can help us.
Bow his sister, Travis Kyle, my children, myself and his dad are very worried and desperately want to find him.
Please, if someone can help us, we all will be extremely grateful.

Bart has no distingusing marks, he is all black, smaller than an average cat. He has no collar on.
