Lost Bird Budgie from Cambridge Cambridgeshire CB4

This lost Budgie Bird was last seen around Cambridge Cambridgeshire CB4

His name is Speicky.
He flew away on 2. July about 11am. We live close to Arbury Road. We saw him on Monday 3rd July in the morning in a tree in Verulam Way and he then flew away in the direction of Aylesborough Close. Since then we could not see or hear him anymore.
He has a yellow head. He lost his breast feathers which were blueish.
He has a silver ring with the marking: WB1402056.
