Our cat Tifa is a house cat that goes out into our garden daily, she doesn't cross roads and she doesn't go far away. It's with a heavy and dread filled heart that I am writing this to any of you who are reading.

Tifa went missing on Tuesday the 4th of July, in the early hours of the morning, she lives in Turpington Lane, Bromley, BR2 8JR

Tifa was locked out accidentally by us last night, we had closed all windows but one, thinking that we had kept the door shut we were unaware of her leaving to go exploring with the confidence that she could get back in. As we were going to bed we closed our bedroom window thinking she was inside.

I can't imagine how long she must have tried to come back in, it has made our entire family feel utterly helpless as we awoke at 4.30am to find that she wasn't in her usual hiding places.

Please, if you see a small grey/brown tabby that fits the description of the attached photographs give us a call, she's very fearful of other people and pets so we really don't know where she would go if not our garden. She has black and grey stripes with a brown tinge. Green eyes. dark brown ears with black tips. She is 6 years old, not chipped and not neutered; she's small, not good with strangers or other pets. She means the world to me and my husband, but she means much more than that to our daughter.

We can offer you a reward, please just help us find her!
