Tipsy is a ginger and white male cat. he is neutered and microchipped.
He has a predominantley ginger back and tail, white and ginger mixed colour neck and a full white belly and legs. Slightly worn ears from fights with strays and a mark on the inside of his left eye.
He was last seen on friday 11 august in cheshunt.
He is not used to being picked up but extremely friendly and food orientated.
