My cat went missing on 24th May 2016 and I allege she was stolen by an old person who lives at the rear of Mill Lane alleyway. The person has a secret garden at the rear of their property, so they get away with cat theft because nobody can see what they get up to. I have evidence that my cat is still alive and being fed and homed in IP24 3BZ. She has been reprogrammed by someone who gets a high harming cat owners by manipulating their cats through food and milk and by putting butter on their paws because the person is a sadistic Narcissist, a liar and a con artist. The person knows what they are doing is wrong. They have no empathy and uses cats as a tool to be in control. The person's offspring lies on their behalf and has blocked me from getting my cat returned by intimidating me and accusing me of being crazy when she too is a vile Narcissist like the parent with zero empathy. The suspect admitted to having my cat then lied about it and wasted police time when questioned by police. The evil, vile person must be caught and prosecuted together with their wicked offspring. Breckland Cats Protection League are aware that this person is feeding cats as Wendy Raphael told me what she was doing - but Wendy said she was feeding strays. There are no strays in the area they are all owned cats - another lie by the cat thief. Breckland Cats Protection has turned a blind eye when they should have reported the person to the police and the RSPCA as theft of an animal carries a 6 months prison sentence and a £20,000 fine. How many other cats have been stolen??
Black marks on either side of her white nose.
