Arthur went missing form Kingston on Friday 20th July afternoon. He is a very friendly and curious cat and only 13 months old. He he a very loud miaow. I am worried he had been shut in somewhere especially in this heat. He does not wear a collar.

Black and white cat looks like he is wearing a tuxedo. White nose, chin, tummy and all four paws, black spot under chin. Adolescent cat.
