Reward Available for Safe Return

He's a golden and brownish tabby with black stripes and green eyes. He has a fat face from not being done and he has a gorgeous personality. He is loving and has a golden tint to his coat amd big eyes. He had a damaged front paw that is very swollen (there are reasons, he is under treatment but needs surgery). I have a feeling I know who saw him last but I cannot prove it, if anyone saw him in a vets or a shelter I would be grateful to know, as the thought of him being missing or having been put down is driving me insane. He was being taken to the vet for his injury by myself and went missing when I voiced my opinion to his 'owners' that he should have an operation as the steroids weren't taking, I was going to take him but after that I never saw him again. As a result he also wasn't neutered. His profile has been on AnimalSearchUK for just over a year. Please help, reward if found.

Big black soled feet, possibly a larger front paw due to previous injury.
