This lost Budgie Bird was last seen around Colchester Essex CO4

Escaped his cage from Colchester, Essex, on Saturday 28 July 2018, General Hospital Area, at 12.30pm
Hand Tame and friendly, though may peck when tired.
Speaks (this is how I will be able to identify him). Will start to chatter if there's a radio or tv on in the background.
MINTY....but doesn't answer to his name.
Will whistle and say c'mon quite a lot as I use to call him to my shoulder in that way. :-(

Green breast Yellow Crown and neck TALKS!! (must have radio or tv on in background for him to start chattering, says quite a few things, I can confirm if contacted) fairly speckled around beard area, petrol blue tail feathers
