Light yellow and turquoise budgie lost in West Down near Ilfracombe.
He is very tame and likes to be with people
He is likely to be flying with other birds, on a windowsill or up a tree.
He will usually fly to you if you hold out your hand and whistle.
He responds to whistling and to his name (Tian-Tian).
He flew out of our house when the door was left open at about 5pm today
