My cat was last seen in Thursday the 4th of July during the day when he venture outside. I noticed food and water close to my property and a lady was asking questions regarding who owns my cat. That night my cat did not come home. I noticed that the food and water had disappeared as well as my cat.
On Friday the 26th of July a neighbour told me that she had overheard a conversation regarding RSPCA being called to take my cat as it was thought he was homeless
