This lost Mixed Breed Cat was last seen around Westgate On Sea Kent CT8

Last seen nearly 3 weeks ago during the storms when he was in his back garden after getting out the house.
He’s quite shy and timid with strangers but I haven’t ruled out that he could be being fed elsewhere or been accidentally locked in somewhere whilst trying to shelter.
Westgate on sea, he is identichipped. He is unneutered!!
