Lost Bird Cockatiel from Goodwick Pembrokeshire SA64

This lost Cockatiel Bird was last seen around Goodwick Pembrokeshire SA64

Grey and white pied cockatiel lost from Rhosycaerau, just outside of Goodwick. I didn't realise he was on my shoulder, stepped outside and the wind just took him, he tried to get down but couldn't figure out how in the wind having never been outside before, I feel so so so awful, worried sick about him. He is very very friendly, will come to you for crisps. If found he will step up onto your hand, he may bite very gently to demand head scratches, he has never bitten hard. If you manage to find him please either wrap him up in something if possible or hold him close to your chest trapping his wings so he can't take off again to get him inside and offer him a drink of water as he will probably be a bit dehydrated.

Pied (grey and white) cockatiel called Freddie. Very very friendly, will nip gently and squeal to demand head scratches. Pretends to be grumpy but is very gentle, has never bitten hard. Will come to you for crisps.
