This puppy was given back to the breeder in my trust to rehome him due to my ill health. She has not offered to do this. She sold the puppy to us at 8 weeks unwell and under weight. She hasn’t offered a full refund for him and is keeping the puppy for herself. I’ve had no communication regarding his welfare and wellbeing so I’m unsure where he is located and if she has resold him on and kept the funds for herself. I offered to come take him home to rehome myself privately but she is unwilling to let me do this. This puppy is based in and around Lancaster/Overton/Morecombe area England.
