She immediatley grabbed him, claiming she knew owner, saying "he always escapes" NOT TRUE and he has not been handed in THEFT BY FINDING . SHE THEN TOOK HIM INTO THE ENTRANCE TO THE TOP FLOOR FLATS (9-16) OF MANNERING HOUSE* WATER LANE BRIXTON SW2 HE HAS NOT BEEN SEEN SINCE...
