Oscar is a long haired Tabby Siberian Cat with a big bushy tail and big green eyes. He has an 'M' marking on his forehead.
He is microchipped, spayed and he has a collar with his name tag and a phone number. He is timid and gets scared very easily and it's extremely out of character for him not to return home.
