To login and manage your pet and account information, please enter your username and password below and click the Login button. If you are having trouble logging in and need assistance, please read the help information below.

Login Information

If you are not able to login, please clear your temporary Internet Files. To delete temporary Internet files:

1. Open your browser
2. Go to Tools --> Internet Options
3. Under the "Temporary Internet files" section, hit the "Delete Files..." button

Still unable to login? Please follow the instructions below:

1. Please confirm that your account Username and password are correct. These can be found on your welcome email, which we sent you when you first registered with us.
   
2. In order to sign into our Members Area, you must have cookies enabled in your web browser. Please follow the directions below to enable cookies on your web browser:
   
     a. Open your browser
     b. Go to Tools --> Internet Options
     c. Click on the Privacy Tab
     d. Set your cookies to Low using the slide bar
     e. Hit OK
   
   
3. Please ensure that you are using the most current version of Internet Explorer, Netscape, AOL, Firefox etc.
   
   
4. If you have tried all of the suggestions above and are still not able to login, then please contact us with the following information:
   
     a. What browser are you using?
     b. What ISP are you using?
     c. What operating system are you running?
     d. What type of computer do you have? (PC/Mac)
